How do I work out my size?

How to Measure:

  1. Lay an existing t-shirt flat.
  2. Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
  3. Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the t-shirt.
  4. Visit our sizing page to find your size.

I've placed an order, can I change it?

Due to the custom nature of each item, we aren’t able to offer
exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay and Shop Pay.

Can I change the colour of a tshirt?

We have many colour variations for each shirt design. If you are after a colour that isn't displayed, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Please make sure you are happy with the colour before ordering as we aren't able to accept returns due to 'change of mind' purchases.

How do I wash the tshirt & tote bag?

We recommend the following to increase the longevity of each print:

  • Cold, gentle wash setting with like colours only
  • Flip the shirt inside out before washing
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not use harsh detergents or bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Warm iron, inside out

Where is your apparel made?

Our products are primarily manufactured in Central America, the Caribbean, the United States, and Bangladesh and are printed and shipped from Brisbane or Melbourne, Australia.

Our supplier is dedicated to ethical operations, treating workers with respect and dignity, upholding human rights, and prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of all employees.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our products are printed and shipped from Brisbane and Melbourne, Australia. Please note that our products are made to order. For estimated shipping times visit our shipping page.

What happens if I haven't received my order?

Can I pick up my order?

Apologies, but we do not offer a pickup option. All our products are exclusively available for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
